Add items to your bag:

  1. Ensure you are on the website.
  2. Browse the categories across the top navigation bar which includes various product categories and sale.
  3. Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred colour, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.
  4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalise your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:

  1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click
    the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.
  2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted
    by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button that is located on the right hand side within the Order Overview
    section of the checkout. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the
    checkout process.
Our standard delivery lead time is 3 – 5 days after order and Payments are made.

For Indent or Pre-ordered items, we encourage our customers to carefully amend their request order upon ordering. This is to minimalize the chance of having a wrong or unwanted items.

HÅLLNING warranty covers all products against material and manufacturing faults and defects from the product’s production date. The warranty covers any necessary spare parts. Labour and transport costs are Free of charge (Within Warranty period, labour and transport costs are free of charge within Jadetabek area).

Wear and tear must be expected from normal use and are not covered by the warranty (such as; castors, stains and scratches on surfaces, tear on fabrics and other damages caused from wear and tear). The warranty is conditional on the chair/table and fabrics undergoing normal cleaning. The guarantee does not cover the consequence of wear and stains when choosing a light (white) colour for plastic or metal components.
